Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 2 days from the date you placed your order.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day of cancellation.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Ordering Policies Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us . We recommend placing orders at least (48/2) hours/days in advance to ensure availability. Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum order amount of $200 (negotiable) is required for all orders. Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email with the details of your order, including the date and time.

Menu Changes: We reserve the right to make substitutions or changes to the menu items based on ingredient availability..
Delivery Time: Deliveries/Catered Events will be made within the agreed-upon time window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery/catered location.
Delivery Area: We deliver/cater to [Atlanta areas and outside communities]. For areas outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us to inquire about delivery feasibility and any associated fees.
Special Requests: Any special requests or dietary restrictions should be communicated at the time of ordering. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee their fulfillment.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
